Why should I work with Brandon Sorkin Coaching?If you are looking for a coach that will be honest with you when you need it, that will hold you accountable for your intentions and that truly wants to see you succeed- then you have found the right coach! I have worked with a professional coach myself so I have experienced how it feels to be on the other side and the importance of trust that comes between the coach and the client. Working with me will include thought provoking worksheets and important resources as your coaching will go much farther than our 60 minute meetings. I believe it is important to have a coach that continues to work on self improvement and be a practioneer of strong core values so I can embrace the journey with my clients.

What is the difference between therapy and life coaching?Therapy is an extremely beneficial modality that can be used to treat mental health conditions and is often used to reflect on an individuals past and address previous traumas. Life coaching is present and future focused. In coaching, you are the subject matter expert of your life. Coaching will focus on meeting you where you are at in the current season of your life and serve to help you clarify and execute your future direction. There are clients that work with therapy as well as being coached.
